Job Summary: We are hiring a Technical Service Desk Executive to provide end-user IT support. The candidate should have experience with ticketing tools and troubleshooting Windows/macOS, MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, and internal applications, along with knowledge of ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot issues on Windows, macOS, MS Office, Teams, OneDrive.
