eGrove Systems Pvt Ltd is Looking for Technical Scrum Master to join its team of expert.

Skill : - Technical Scrum Master

Experience 5 + Years

Location : Chennai/ Madurai

NP : Immediate to 15days

Shift timing - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (IST)

Responsibilities:-

• Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
• Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub-task creation.
• Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
• Work as the administrator of the scrum board. 
• Meet individually with team members and stakeholders as needed. Iron out team disagreements about processes and work styles.
• Regularly analyze burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.
• The scrum master aids the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT project manager or Scrum Master
• Bachelor's degree with a good academic background (MBA is a plus) 
• Good leadership skills
• Clear and transparent communication
• Should be able to support and motivate team members during difficulties
• Experience in dealing with impediments and conflicts
• Should be adaptable and open to change
• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and scrum ceremonies
• Coach and mentor team members in agile and scrum principles, helping them continually improve
• Manage time effectively to keep the team on schedule and meet sprint goals
