Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with printer and antivirus-related technical issues.
Identify customer problems and provide prompt and effective technical support and troubleshooting.
Promote and sell relevant technical solutions including printer services, antivirus software, and support plans.
Guide customers through setup, installation, and configuration of printers and antivirus products.
Convert technical support calls into sales opportunities by recommending suitable products or upgrades.
Maintain accurate logs of all interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
Meet individual sales and support KPIs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest printer and antivirus technologies, product features, and support techniques.
