Job Description

You will be part of the Smart Infrastructure Division at Siemens Ltd., a leading global supplier of products, systems, solutions, and services for the transmission and distribution of electrical power. Your role will involve preparing techno-commercial offers for Protection & Automation Services business, including Relay Retrofit, Busbar Protection Augmentation, Spare Parts, and SCADA Integration/Upgradation projects. You will need to understand the existing system, collaborate with inhouse engineering & commissioning teams, and ensure technically compliant proposals. Collaborating with Sales & Promoter Teams for a clear winning strategy on a case-by-case basis will be crucial. Being quality and result-oriented, having an entrepreneurial spirit, and maintaining a strong customer focus are essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Protection & Automation products and services. Exposure to Retrofit & Upgradation projects, Spare parts of Protection & Automation Products and Solutions is required. Familiarity with the market & customer base within India is important. The ability to drive activities for fulfilling business targets, being a team player with excellent communication skills, and developing a network of trust and collaboration with internal and external partners involving Sales, Execution, HQ, and ICB partners are key qualifications.
