Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients, such as beauty brands, distributors, and retailers, to expand the company's client base.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable products or services.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze trends, understand the competitive landscape, and formulate strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client presentations to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and production teams to align product offerings with client needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive overall business strategy.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products, build a professional network, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales cycles, negotiate complex agreements, and close deals.
  • Skills in analyzing market data, competitive intelligence, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously Ability to work effectively with various internal departments, such as marketing and product development.
  • A long-term vision and ability to develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies.
