Technical Sales Representative - Polyurethane (PU) Flexible Foam

Wanhua Chemical is a leading global operating chemical company based in China, ranking 16th among the world's chemical companies with a turnover of nearly $25 billion. The company's business involves the production and sales of many chemicals such as polyurethane, petrochemical, fine chemicals and so on.

Wanhua is looking for a Financial Accountant in Istanbul, Turkey, to be responsible for the construction of the local financial system in Turkey and the subsequent financial operation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to drive our growth in the Polyurethane Flexible Foam market for automotive, furniture, and footwear applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts in the region.
3. Provide expert on-site technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
4. Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
6. Serve as the key link between customers and our internal technical team.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of technical experience within the Polyurethane (PU) industry.
3. Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support or sales role.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Ability to travel locally as required.
