Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Person located in Tiruchengodu. The role involves managing technical sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, explaining technical features, and efficiently managing client interactions. The ideal candidate will also provide training to clients to ensure successful integration of solutions and contribute to driving sales growth through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and general Sales to meet the needs of clients and achieve business growth.
• Strong skills in providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to present technical information effectively.
• Experience in Training clients to use products and solutions effectively.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the energy or automation industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Strong educational background in Engineering, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
