Technical Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive in the NDT testing business, your primary responsibility will be to drive profitable sales growth by expanding sales to existing clients and acquiring new clients. You will be tasked with developing a sales pipeline to ensure a steady increase in sales while working closely with the Customer Services team to foster the growth of existing accounts. Your role will involve setting challenging goals for your customer portfolio in alignment with the sales manager, managing contracts to ensure compliance with terms, and devising sales strategies for your clientele. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing sales campaigns, overseeing NDT testing business operations, and coordinating with clients on testing plans and quotes. To excel in this role, you should have experience in domestic and international sales, with a preference for experience in shipyard, power plants, and NDT sectors. Strong negotiation skills, effective communication abilities in English, and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships are essential. You should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines by managing time efficiently. Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, and Excel is required to handle tasks effectively and prioritize work efficiently.
