Technical Sales Expert - Software Solutions

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Expert at our Mohali office, you will be working the Night shift on a Full-Time basis. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound support queries into premium software solution sales. You will need to understand customer pain points, suggest relevant tools, demonstrate features, upsell subscription-based products, and track leads and conversion metrics daily.
