Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales, technical support, sales engineering, and communication. The Technical Sales Engineer will also be responsible for generating new sales leads, identifying and understanding customer requirements, explaining technical details and specifications to customers, preparing & delivering technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent Customer relationship.
  • First point of contact for all Customers for all Technical and Commercial aspects.
  • Identify New potential Customers as well as Projects.
  • AR Management.
  • Developing and implementing suitable strategy for the region.
  • Managing Customer requirements in coordination with HO.
  • Responsible for KPI’s that is mutually agreed with Management.
  • Responsible for whole of Taminadu State.


Qualifications

  • 10/12 years of Technical Sales Experience in a reputed Organisation
  • Able to communicate in English and Tamil fluently
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in technical sales, hydraulic or pneumatic systems, or a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
