Key Responsibilities: - Technical Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer sites to showcase the performance and benefits of our abrasive solutions. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities. - Technical Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to enhance productivity and product performance. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate market potential, and contribute to strategic planning for product launches and business growth. - Channel Management: Collaborate with distributors and dealers to ensure product availability and expand market reach. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. - Experience: 3-5 years in industrial sales, preferably in abrasives or machine tools. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of grinding, finishing, and machining processes; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Sales Acumen: Proven B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
