Technical Sales Engineer - Activated Carbon

As a Technical Sales Engineer at our company, your role involves bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement. You will be responsible for responding to sales inquiries, providing technical guidance, and converting leads into successful orders. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to domestic and international sales inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms. - Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable grades of activated carbon based on technical specifications. - Prepare and deliver quotations, technical data sheets (TDS), and certificates of analysis (COAs). - Nurture leads through follow-ups and convert them into confirmed sales orders. - Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and client interactions using CRM and other internal systems. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering is mandatory. - 1-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. - Solid understanding of activated carbon or a strong willingness to acquire product-specific knowledge. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.,
