We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Chemical Engineering and possess a keen interest in sales. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement, focusing on responding to inquiries, providing technical guidance, and converting leads into successful orders. Key Responsibilities Respond to domestic and international sales inquiries across multiple channels including email, phone, and online platforms. Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable grades of activated carbon based on technical specifications. Prepare and deliver quotations, technical data sheets (TDS), and certificates of analysis (COAs). Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into confirmed sales orders. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and client interactions using CRM and other internal systems. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in B2B technical sales is preferred; outstanding freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Solid understanding of activated carbon or a strong willingness to acquire product-specific knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
