Technical Sales Engineer - Activated Carbon

As a proactive and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to sales inquiries, providing technical guidance, and converting leads into successful orders. You will be expected to respond to both domestic and international sales inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and online platforms. By analyzing customer requirements, you will recommend the most suitable grades of activated carbon based on technical specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering quotations, technical data sheets (TDS), and certificates of analysis (COAs) to potential customers. Furthermore, your role will involve conducting follow-ups to nurture leads and ultimately convert them into confirmed sales orders. Collaboration with production and logistics teams will be essential to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. It will also be crucial for you to maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and client interactions using CRM and other internal systems. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. While having 1-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales is preferred, outstanding freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. A solid understanding of activated carbon or a strong willingness to acquire product-specific knowledge is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and familiarity with CRM tools will be considered an advantage.,
