Technical Sales Consultant - Inbound Voice

Role Overview: As a Tech Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing inbound technical support to customers during US Shift. Your primary tasks will include diagnosing printer, router, and antivirus issues, recommending the best solutions to customers, and selling technical support plans along with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls from customers facing technical issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software - Diagnose the issues effectively and provide the most suitable solution to the customer - Offer technical support plans and related software to customers - Use your convincing and sales skills to close calls successfully - Demonstrate knowledge of blue screen errors and pop-up calls - Troubleshoot technical problems related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Ability to independently close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills - Familiarity with blue screen errors and pop-up calls - Experience in troubleshooting various technical issues - Flexibility to work in US Shift Additional Information: Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
