Technical Sales Consultant - Inbound Voice

You will be working as a Tech Support Associate at a Growing Company that offers great benefits with lots of Opportunities!!! Your main responsibilities will include: - Taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems effectively and providing the best solutions to the customers - Selling technical support plans and relevant software to the customers To be eligible for this role, you must fulfill the following criteria: - Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in Outbound Tech Support - Capable of independently closing calls - Possess good convincing and sales skills - Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad You will receive a fixed monthly salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 along with huge incentives. The working shift will be in the US time zone. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as fixed salary on the 1st of every month, 24 leaves in a year, comp offs, birthday leaves, daily/monthly incentives, spot incentives, no extension of shift timings, and medical benefits.
