Technical Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for making outbound calls to leads provided by the company, engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting them into customers for our software solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists
• Present and promote our software products and services clearly and effectively
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication until closure
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM tools
• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
