Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Expert with strong business development skills and proven experience in IT/AI sales. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships across our service lines in IT support, AI solutions, and automation. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads for IT services, AI bots, AI workflows, and automation solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and align them with ThoughtBins’ solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with technical teams to scope AI/automation projects and ensure seamless delivery. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on IT and AI industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales (preferably in IT/AI services). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts (AI, IT solutions, automations) to non-technical clients.
