🧩 What you’ll do

• Work closely with startup founders and hiring managers to understand open roles and success profiles.
• Source, screen, and pitch top backend, frontend, ML, and AI engineers.
• Drive outreach campaigns, write compelling candidate messages, and personalize every touchpoint.
• Run efficient end-to-end hiring processes — from JD to offer negotiation.
• Partner with internal engineering and product teams to hire for CodeRound itself.
• Provide insight on market talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate experience best practices.

✅ You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in tech recruiting or technical sourcing, ideally for startups or product teams.
• Understand engineering roles, tech stacks, and what makes a great candidate — even if you’re not from a tech background.
• Can work independently, own pipelines, and close roles with urgency.
• Write well and speak confidently with engineers, hiring managers, and founders.
• Are organized, responsive, and take pride in closing hard-to-fill roles.

• Have recruited for

• Are familiar with

  ATS tools, sourcing automation
