Technical Recruiter with deep experience in AI, Data, and Engineering talent acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for

  AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Analytics

  roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles.
  
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, talent communities, referrals, events, and industry networks.
  
• Screen and assess candidates for technical depth in areas such as

  ML modeling, LLMs, NLP, CV, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures

  .
• Manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth, structured, and equitable candidate experience.
  
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive technical talent.
  
• Provide market insights related to AI and data hiring trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence.
  
• Partner with HR and compensation teams to craft competitive offers and close high-caliber candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate data in ATS systems and deliver regular recruiting metrics.
  
• Represent the company at AI/data conferences, meetups, and university programs as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven success hiring for roles such as

  Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Research Scientist, MLOps Engineer, and Applied AI Engineer

  .
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., deep learning, LLMs, model evaluation, data infrastructure) and the ability to effectively screen candidates.
  
• Excellent sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, technical communities).
  
• Experience partnering with highly technical leaders and navigating complex hiring processes.
  
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation abilities.
  
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high bar for talent.
  
• Experience with ATS tools .
