Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Contract Duration: 6 Months Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Contractual (Immediate Hiring) Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, expertise in sourcing top technical talent, and experience in full-cycle recruitment. This is a 6-month contractual position with the possibility of converting to a full-time role based on business needs and candidate performance. The recruiter will also be responsible for delivery and engaging with clients, ensuring smooth hiring processes, and meeting recruitment goals. We are looking for immediate joiners. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with clients and internal team to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Engage with clients to provide recruitment updates, ensure smooth hiring execution, and address any concerns. Ensure timely delivery of recruitment goals and report hiring progress to clients and internal team. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, networking, referrals, and Boolean search to identify top talent. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with clients and internal teams. Maintain and update recruitment databases, and reports. Handle multiple roles simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. Take ownership of the hiring process with an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT, software development, AI/ML, or cloud domains. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding). Strong knowledge of IT and technical job roles, including software development, cloud computing, DevOps, data science, and cybersecurity. Experience in client-facing roles, handling recruitment delivery and client engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and networking skills, with expertise in Boolean search techniques. Preferred Skills: Experience working with B2B IT companies. Prior experience recruiting for AI, cloud, and emerging technology roles. Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring KPIs
