Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Technical Recruiter specializing in sourcing and hiring Computer Science Trainers. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best fit. The role requires building and maintaining talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting, especially for roles in computer science education or technology domains
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, along with interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting recruitment deadlines
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Previous experience in sourcing or hiring for technical training or educational roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
