Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform end-to-end functional testing of Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, Books, etc.).
Review feature requirements, identify test scenarios, and create structured test cases.
Conduct manual testing, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT for new features.
Validate workflows, automation, APIs, and Deluge-based logic.
Investigate issues by reviewing logs, workflows, and scripts.
Debug Deluge scripts, API integrations, and Zoho Creator applications.
Identify root causes and collaborate with developers for timely fixes.
Validate bug fixes and ensure no downstream issues occur.
Assist in building/enhancing Zoho modules using Deluge and Creator tools.
Maintain testing documentation, test plans, and defect tracking.
Improve QA processes and release testing workflows.
Collaborate with business teams and participate in sprint discussions and release validations.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 5 years of QA experience, preferably within the Zoho ecosystem.
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into structured test cases.
Strong debugging skills with the ability to read and troubleshoot Deluge code.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for working with distributed teams.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations is a plus.
Ability to work from 3 PM to 12 AM IST to align with business needs.
