Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of ground-mounted solar projects from mobilization to commissioning
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies
• Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and site execution teams
• Supervise site activities including civil, structure, module mounting, DC/AC work, and evacuation
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and manpower at site
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance
• Track material availability and control wastage at site
• Monitor project costs and control overruns
• Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to management
• Handle client coordination, inspections, and handover documentation
• Ensure timely project commissioning and closure.
