Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge technology and execution. The ideal candidate understands how modern applications are built, has hands-on exposure to engineering workflows, and can confidently lead complex, multi-team initiatives. You will manage end-to-end delivery across web platforms, backend systems, data pipelines, and AI-driven components, ensuring clarity, alignment, and predictable execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead full-cycle program execution from requirement shaping, planning, estimation, to delivery across cross-functional engineering teams.2. Work closely with developers and architects to break down technical tasks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth progress.3. Manage complex builds such as backend services, integrations, data migrations, or AI/ML-powered features, ensuring clear scope and predictable delivery.4. Own communication and governance, including status updates, risks, dependencies, sprint tracking, and stakeholder alignment.5. Drive quality and readiness, ensuring environments, data, testing, deployment, and release processes are well coordinated.

Qualifications

1. 4-6 years of experience in technical program/project management in a product or engineering-driven environment.2. Strong understanding of how APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud deployments work.3. Practical exposure working with engineering teams building web apps, backend services, AI/ML components, or data-heavy workflows.4. Proven ability to plan, estimate, prioritise, and execute multiple workstreams in parallel.5. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
