Job Description

Job purpose: Deliver a solution with innovation and great piece of engineering. Ensure quality execution in the delivery of a product/solution to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and the implacable Consumer Experience Who you are: 10-12+ years experience working on multiple software and product development projects Maintain the project budget. Prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Project governance and maintain project KPIs Work closely with the project team in completing projects Identifies and communicates the need for resources within tasks or assigned areas of responsibility in order to meet business timing requirements Effectively work on multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner Guide, recommend and lead the development team through the project Experience developing and administering complex project plans Agile and waterfall project management experience Prior experience in Software Development(Java/.Net) mandatory Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills Minimum 4+ Years of experience as Project Manager Good to have HRTech Experience What will excite us: Create project plans with relevant team members.
