Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with 10 years of experience to lead our team in managing and delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, electronics, and electrical engineering. This position is based in Pune.

• Manage and deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design.
• Conduct compliance testing, including EMC/EMI, Environmental, CE, and UL.
• Ensure all projects meet the required standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in NPD/NPI and sustenance engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical or similar industry.
• 2 years of Project Management in embedded systems development.
• Strong knowledge of DFT, DFM, DFA, project management concepts, methodologies, and associated tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Graduation in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent.
