Role Overview

Lead technical projects through full SDLC, utilizing Jira for task tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration. Oversee testing processes, manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Act as key stakeholder liaison to drive project success in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution using agile/SDLC methodologies.
• Coordinate testing phases and quality assurance activities.
• Utilize Jira for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence.
• Resolve technical impediments and facilitate team communication.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 14+ years total relevant experience; minimum 5+ years as Technical Project Manager.
• Expertise in SDLC, Jira, Confluence, and testing/QA processes.
• Proven TPM skills in technical environments with strong leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
