Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of development, project leadership, quality, and timely project completion. Your role will involve managing client-based projects, client liaison, pre-sales, and cross-functional development. Responsibilities: - Determine and define project scope and objectives. - Predict resources required to achieve objectives and manage them effectively. - Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource needs. - Track project costs to ensure adherence to the budget. - Develop and oversee a detailed project schedule and work plan. - Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, progress, and adjustments. - Manage vendor and supplier contracts by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. - Implement industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution. - Evaluate project performance to identify areas for enhancement. - Lead and guide the Delivery teams and address operational issues related to the delivery center. - Act as the primary point of contact for delivery, bridging the gap between service delivery and the customer. - Drive and coordinate crisis management efforts. Requirements: - Proficiency in Java, Angular, DevOps, and open-source projects. - Strong grasp of SDLC and Architecture principles. - Extensive experience in developing and delivering complex projects across their lifecycle. - Familiarity with Delivery Management in Onshore and Offshore Models for global clients. - Expertise in project planning, progress monitoring, budget control, and milestone management. - Ability to tackle challenges creatively, develop contingency plans, and handle high-pressure situations professionally. - Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Exposure to AWS, dev-ops, and CI-CD would be advantageous.
