Required Skills & Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in trade finance operations, compliance, or consulting (banking/financial institution background preferred). In-depth knowledge of international trade finance instruments (LC, BG, invoice financing, supply chain finance). Strong understanding of UCP 600, ISBP, Incoterms, AML/KYC, FEMA regulations, and SWIFT messaging standards. Experience working with core banking/trade finance platforms (e.g., Finacle Trade, EximBills, TI Plus). Ability to bridge the gap between business teams and technical developers. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working with digital transformation or fintech products is a plus.
