Technical Project Manager III

The Project Manager of Engineering Operations at RealPages R&D will play a crucial role in leading and assisting key strategic programs within the organization. As a strategic leader and change agent, you will have the opportunity to positively impact and transform the R&D organization in a fast-paced global company. Your primary responsibilities will include program and project management, leading projects from requirements definition through deployment while identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans. You will report project status and risks to appropriate management channels, escalate issues as necessary, and collect qualitative and quantitative data for reporting within and outside the Engineering organization. Additionally, you will work on ensuring clear communication and alignment between Engineering and other teams, fostering global collaboration, overseeing team development, and driving transformation within the organization. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management and Program Management. You must have a working knowledge of SAFe, experience in leading large-scale agile transformations, and managing multi-team, multi-product programs following scaled-Agile approaches. Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP), Azure DevOps, project management tools, software development processes, and reporting is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capability to influence decisions among stakeholders.
