Description
As a Project Manager II specialized in Frontend/UI, your role at the client's organization will involve leading the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. To excel in this position, you will need to possess hands-on expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, and HTML, along with a solid understanding of AWS cloud services and agile delivery methodologies. Working closely with solution architects, engineers, and product stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving high-quality, on-time outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage cross-functional Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of software projects while meeting scope and quality standards. - Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to comprehend designs, dependencies, and integrations effectively. - Serve as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and deliverables. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Monitor and enhance delivery processes using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput. - Identify and address risks, manage issues, and proactively eliminate delivery bottlenecks. - Coordinate dependencies across teams and align deliverables with business priorities. - Maintain documentation of requirements, design decisions, and project updates. - Supervise deployment readiness, change management, and post-release reviews. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of project/program management experience in a software/technology environment. - Proficiency in frontend architectures utilizing JavaScript and at least one framework (React or Angular) with the ability to read code and flows hands-on. - Hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment processes. - Demonstrated experience in leading Agile/Scrum teams and conducting core ceremonies. - Ability to interpret solution design documents, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications effectively. - Strong command of Agile delivery metrics and experience in managing delivery dashboards. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details for business stakeholders. - Proficiency in project/collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub (or similar). - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze delivery trends and drive process improvements. - Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple parallel initiatives.
