As a technically strong Project Manager II Frontend/UI, your role will involve leading end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. You will work closely with solution architects, engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver software projects on time, within scope, and quality standards. - Collaborating with solution architects and technical leads to understand designs, dependencies, and integrations. - Acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and deliverables clearly. - Driving Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Tracking and improving delivery using agile metrics like velocity, burndown, and throughput. - Identifying and mitigating risks, managing issues, and proactively removing delivery bottlenecks. - Managing dependencies across teams and ensuring alignment with business priorities. - Maintaining documentation of requirements, design decisions, and project updates. - Overseeing deployment readiness, change management, and post-release reviews. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - 6+ years of project/program management experience in a software/technology environment. - Strong technical understanding of frontend architectures using JavaScript and at least one framework (React or Angular). - Hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment processes. - Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and running core ceremonies. - Ability to read and interpret solution design docs, sequence diagrams, and technical specs. - Strong command of Agile delivery metrics and experience managing delivery dashboards. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical details for business stakeholders. - Experience with project/collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub (or similar). - Highly data-driven mindset, analyzing delivery trends, and driving process improvements. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple parallel initiatives. Additionally, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial: - Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP. - Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience managing distributed/remote teams. - Familiarity with API/microservices-based projects. - Understanding of UX/UI design processes and collaboration workflows. - Prior client-facing or consulting experience.
