Technical Project Manager cum Business Analyst

This is a full-time remote role

Working Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple software initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Define and manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors).
• Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid project execution models, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation project charters, status reports, and implementation trackers.
• Manage change control, scope creep, and issue resolution proactively.

Business Analysis

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and feasibility.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to validate and refine requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating sessions, and ensuring successful sign-off.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization through technology.

Technical Understanding

• Strong understanding of

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  modules (finance, operations, sales, inventory, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  .NET-based application architecture

  , web services, and

  API integration patterns

  (REST, SOAP, JSON).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and data flow between systems.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and participate in design discussions with developers.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices for testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in

  IT project management

  and

  business analysis

  roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering

  ERP or Business Central

  implementation/integration projects.
• Strong understanding of

  APIs

  ,

  .NET technologies

  , and

  software solution architectures

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams and vendor coordination.
