Job Description

Codemonk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software development projects from beginning to end, serving as a crucial link between clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional agile teams through the full project lifecycle while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners to define and execute sprint goals.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
Monitor and report project health, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

4-6 years of total experience with 2+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
Previous hands-on experience as a developer or QA engineer.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex requirements.
Experience with agile project management tools (Jira).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Bonus Points For

Scrum Master certification.
Experience working with international clients.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
