Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Chennai. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with teams, managing project timelines, ensuring project goals are met, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role involves both program and project management responsibilities. Qualifications 🔹 Role : Technical Manager 🔹 Location : Chennai (On-site) 🔹 Budget : ₹28 LPA (Including 10% variable) 🔹 Joining : Immediate joiners preferred 🔹 Experience : 12–15 years 🔹 Company Switches : Max 3 switches 🔧 Key Responsibilities : Lead cross-functional teams across Java development, database, and Azure infrastructure. Manage 40–50 team members, ensuring smooth delivery and governance. Collaborate with architects to finalize technical designs. Oversee Azure operations: domain setup, AD, WAF, Load Balancers, B2C policies, etc. Validate and track technical solutions and deployments. Proactively plan delivery, manage risks, and engage with customer decision-makers. Ensure integration across applications and transparent stakeholder communication. ✅ Ideal Candidate : Strong experience as a Project Manager (70%) and Tech Lead (30%) . Proven track record in end-to-end account delivery . Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in handling large teams and complex technical environments.
