**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Senior Manager, Project Management at Schneider Electric, you will lead the PMO (Project Management Office) and oversee the delivery of projects aligned with strategic initiatives. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are executed effectively and efficiently, meeting objectives, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage IT infrastructure projects and lead new site builds and enhancements in Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and EUC. - Monitor infrastructure optimization, conduct governance & diagnostic analysis of network-related problems, and document actions taken. - Evaluate and standardize business practices and IT solutions, recommend enhancements, and modifications. - Collaborate with global teams to deliver best IT solutions across International Ops. **Qualifications Required:** - BTech Graduation. - Preferred certifications in Microsoft Networking, Telecommunication, or Cisco. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Enterprise IT Architecture and familiarity with the latest Digital Trends. **About Our Company:** At Schneider Electric, our values and behaviors create a supportive culture for business success.
