Technical Program Manager

Must Have:

• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in a technical engineering role (software, data, or systems) or technical product/program management.
• Proven experience driving highly strategic programs, large scale application/data deployments, managing software or data development lifecycles, and resolving issues that impact product success
• Experienced in SCRUM/Lean Agile frameworks with an MVP/iterative approach
• Ability to influence, take calculated risks, make sound business and technical decisions, and resolve concerns as needed
• Excellent interpersonal, business development, and communication skills (both written & verbal for both technical and non-technical audiences)
• Positive can-do partnership demeanor while working with cross-functional engineering teams and business units
• Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations geared for Senior and Executive Management
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Manages projects and programs with Engineering teams on development and implementation of products or solutions.
• Understands technical requirements across multiple development teams to build one platform schedule
• Liaisons with peer Technical Program managers to ensure end to end on time delivery on the platform
• Has technical depth and domain expertise in building AI Platforms
• Manages programs/projects using DevOps Agile practices
• Suggests/Influences system architectural options to make valuable tradeoffs
• Establish and drive operational readiness activities such as privacy, legal, and security reviews; release management activities; and management of team analytics and dashboards
• Collaborates with Engineering teams, Technical Product managers, Executives, Business partners and develops trackable processes
• Manages platform financials and funding models
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and resources
• Supports executive platform communications, status reports, and reviews
• Uses an Agile framework, specifically with an MVP and iterative approach
• Brings to bear techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, and transparency for the team while promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation
• Champions organization-wide processes and best practices related to ideation, delivery, prioritization, and customer engagement
• Uses a lifelong learning mentality, knowing the latest best practices and technologies
• Communicate expectations to partners and leaders, and optimally resets expectations as priorities or deliverables shift
