6+ years experience in program management, leading complex tech projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Proven delivery across the SDLC using Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), from strategy to execution.Expertise in unblocking barriers, mitigating risks, and driving process improvements.Strong leadership in managing large cross-functional teams and setting delivery priorities across functions.Excellent stakeholder management; able to communicate risks, reports, and progress at all organizational levels.Adept at leading functional/technical discussions with Engineering, Product, and QA teams.Experience developing tools/processes to enhance team productivity.Strong knowledge of Agile practices: CI/CD, BDD, TDD, Continuous & Automated Testing.Skilled in Agile metrics: backlog tracking, burn-down charts, velocity, and user stories.Solid coaching and team-building abilities to foster Agile adoption.Engineering/Computer Science background preferred.Certifications like PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through on commitments—well-suited for dynamic environments.All 5 days in office is Mandatory
