Technical Program Manager, Process and Systems Architect

**Job Description:** As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners throughout the organization. Your role will involve explaining analyses and recommendations to executives and discussing technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Networking Supply Chain and Commercial Operations team at Google oversees the materials supply chain required to support production network build and delivery to both Google product areas and enterprise customers. Additionally, the team supports contracting, funding, and billing of Google's network assets and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Influence and drive the design and implementation of scalable, API-based systems and processes to support business operations. - Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on system capabilities and project goals. - Manage the integration of third-party systems and services, including vendor evaluation, technical implementation, and ongoing maintenance to enhance operational efficiency. - Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Design and implement new workflows, tools, and systems that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields. - Experience in software program management or engineering management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects. - Experience partnering with engineering, product management, and support teams to facilitate the design and delivery of cloud programs. - Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Experience with key systems like SAP, iValua, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and data platforms like Google BigQuery. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and leveraging AI/ML to drive process improvements.,
