About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technology programs. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and align project goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and track overall project health.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices across teams and run regular sprint ceremonies.
Track KPIs and generate reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

4-8 years of experience in program/project management in a technical environment.
Proven track record of managing software development programs or large-scale technical projects.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Technical background (e.g., software engineering, systems architecture, or related field).
