Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mechanical Production Manager who will be responsible for preparing GA (General Arrangement) Drawings for products and managing complete production and manufacturing operations. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for products.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for product development.
• Plan, organize, and manage production & manufacturing processes.
• Supervise machine operations, material flow, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure product quality as per design specifications and standards.
• Optimize production costs, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with purchase, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Maintain production schedules, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CAD software for GA drawings.
• 4–5 years of experience in production & manufacturing management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
