Role & responsibilities Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned area. Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks. Implement sales strategies to improve market share and brand presence. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management. Ensure proper product promotion and timely customer support. Train and motivate the sales team under the assigned region. Prepare periodic sales reports and submit to management. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Conducting market research on rival products. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters in Business/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). 14 years of experience in sales, preferably in industry type, Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Preferred candidate profile- Ready to work on fields, willing to relocate Preffered candidates who have experience in manufacturing industry.
