Job Description

Act as theProduct Owner, managing product backlog, user stories, and sprint planning for banking and compliance projects.
Collaborate withRisk, Audit, and Compliance teamsto ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
Manage theend-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and documentation to delivery and post-implementation support.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements intotechnical solutions.
UtilizeMainframe DB2 and Advanced SQLto analyze, validate, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Driveproject management activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure effective governance and documentation using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Lead discussions with internal and external auditors to demonstrate compliance with RBI and industry regulations.
Mentor and guide teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
