What You'll Be Doing

Product Discovery & Strategy

Help define product roadmaps based on user insights, business goals, and technical feasibility

Gather product requirements and turn them into clear, actionable specs

Market & User Research

Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and user pain points to uncover product opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with tech, design, and sales teams to ensure product ideas become real features

Own day-to-day decision-making in sprint planning and feature rollouts

Feature Rollouts & Tracking

Assist in go-to-market plans, product documentation, and launch support

Track product performance and user adoption to guide future iterations

UX & Product Quality

Dive into customer feedback, bug reports, and data analytics to constantly refine the product

What We're Looking For

• Technical background: B.Tech/Engineering degree required; you can comfortably talk APIs, databases, and systems with devs
• Experience: 12 years as a Product Manager or APM, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment
• Execution Focused: You don't just suggest ideasyou follow through, test, iterate, and ship
• Great Communicator: Whether it's a spec, a user interview, or a sprint stand-upyou know how to get your point across clearly
• Curious & User-Centric: You constantly ask Why and look for smarter, simpler solutions
• Startup Mindset: You're comfortable with ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with WhatsApp APIs (Business/Cloud API)
• Worked in Agile product environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Google Analytics
• You've previously worked in a startup where you've seen a product evolve rapidly
