Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will provide technical support on client sites and during various operations, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and an opportunity to learn from industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and configuration of technical equipment for client sites, including audio-visual systems, computers, and networking devices. Provide on-site technical support, addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand technical requirements and ensure all equipment is operational. Conduct troubleshooting for hardware and software issues at client locations and during operations. Maintain inventory of technical equipment and assist in the preparation and testing of equipment prior to deployment. Document technical processes and create user guides for future reference. Participate in evaluations to identify areas for improvement in technical operations and client support. Qualifications Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment, computer systems, and networking. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedules.
