Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Mentor, located in Thoothukudi. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students through their learning journeys. Daily tasks include delivering lectures, conducting workshops, preparing curriculum materials, providing feedback on student performance, and helping students with career planning and interview preparation. The mentor will also be involved in developing new learning resources and updating existing ones to keep them relevant to the latest industry trends. Qualifications Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ Experience in software development and technical problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training in a technical field Proficiency in curriculum development and content creation Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with online learning platforms and tools is a plus PG in any computer science based degree Show more Show less
