Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Technical Mentor with a strong background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education to join our team. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and instruction to students in various STEM-related subjects such as Robotics. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a deep understanding of technical concepts to effectively mentor and inspire students in their learning journey. Salary: The salary package for this position on an annual basis varies between Rs.1,80,000 and Rs.3,60,000 Job Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and mentorship to students in grades 4-10 - Develop and implement technical training programs for our students - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in STEM education - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative curriculum solutions - Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the curriculum development team - Participate in curriculum reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team - Assist with program planning and management as needed Educational Qualification: Diploma(ECE/CSE), Bsc/Msc(ECE/CSE), BCA/MCA, B.E/B.Tech (CSE /ECE /ISE /EEE) Location: Bangalore Timings: School Timings (Usually from 9am to 4pm) Skills Required: - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Basic understanding of computers and electronics - Basic programming knowledge - Knowledge of Arduino programming - Curiosity to learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching methodologies - Passion for education and working with children - Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner - Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Salaries and Benefits: - Quarterly performance bonus based on individual and company performance - Skills upgrading trainings and workshops to enhance technical and teaching skills - Opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup culture with a collaborative and supportive team environment - Onsite opportunities to work with students in our learning centers or at partner schools and organizations - Career path opportunities for growth and development within the company We encourage candidates from diverse educational backgrounds with a passion for STEM education to apply for this role.
