About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Manager who can combine technical expertise with practical project management. You will be responsible for ensuring that civil and interior projects are designed, reviewed, and executed smoothly while meeting client expectations, deadlines, and quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on detailed drawings, coordinating with multiple teams, and taking ownership of technical delivery from start to finish.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of civil and interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical design software.
• Ability to review, interpret, and finalize detailed drawings.
• Strong on-site and off-site domain knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with both onsite and offsite experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Project Support & Coordination

• Assist the team in design, construction, and project management.
• Act as a link between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with onsite teams to resolve technical issues quickly.

2. Client & Design Alignment

• Ensure projects match client specifications and expectations.
• Attend and contribute to design and review meetings with clients.
• Provide technical inputs during planning and leasing discussions.

3. Technical Review & Documentation

• Verify detailed civil and interior plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Finalize and maintain AutoCAD drawings and models.
• Review sketches, blueprints, and technical documents before execution.

4. Quality & Deadline Management

• Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as scheduled.
• Maintain high quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure that construction and fit-out works follow approved designs.

Preferred Background

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (Technical Manager or interior fit-out projects preferred).
• Proven ability to handle both design and execution aspects of projects.
