Job Description

Strategic Leadership

Define and implement robust QA practices, frameworks, and tools to achieve exceptional software quality standards.
Drive automation initiatives and ensure seamless application performance across platforms.

Team Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.

Automation & Technical Expertise

Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test suites, including functional, API, and performance testing.
Oversee defect management and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Apply knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and diverse technologies including web services, batch processing, and web applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Development and Management teams to align testing strategies with business goals.

End-to-End Testing & Metrics

Establish comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, regression, UAT, scalability, and performance testing.
Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Innovation in QA

Stay abreast of emerging QA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance processes.
